Experience
2025 - Present
Geospatial Information Officer
As Geospatial Information Officer for the University of South Carolina system, I direct a $300,000 annual budget and lead enterprise GIS strategy across the University of South Carolina system. I architected the university's ArcGIS Enterprise implementation, established a cross-departmental GIS Steering Committee, and built integrations with ServiceNow and SSO that reduced administrative burden while improving user experience. Beyond infrastructure, I launched the Gamecock Geospatial Initiative—a community of practice connecting 300+ faculty, staff, and students that positions USC as a regional leader in spatial intelligence.
2024-2025
Director, USC Campus GIS
As Director of Campus GIS at the University of South Carolina I directed the university's ArcGIS Online organization serving 500+ users, establishing its first governance framework. Led cross-campus GIS workshops, partnered with faculty on curriculum integration, and launched the Geospatial Communities of Practice that seeded the Gamecock Geospatial Initiative.
2020-2024
Environmental GIS Manager
At the South Carolina National Guard I directed geospatial operations across 20,000+ acres of military facilities while managing a $250K annual budget and supervising a GIS analyst team. Built enterprise dashboards for senior leadership and led the statewide COVID-19 geospatial response, developing tools that guided allocation of $200M+ in emergency resources.
